Welcome to AiLina, a service provided by Gnarly Labs SRL ("Gnarly Labs", "we", "us", "our"). The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access and use of the AiLina mobile application (the "App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. By using the App, you agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the App.
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our App, to understand our practices.
Our mobile app utilizes a chatbot to engage in interactive conversations with users. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information through the chatbot, it is essential to acknowledge that the responses and data provided by the chatbot are generated based on pre-existing knowledge and algorithms. The chatbot's responses should not be considered as absolute truth or professional advice.
Users must exercise their own judgment and discretion when relying on the information received from the chatbot. It is crucial to verify critical information, seek guidance from qualified professionals, or consult official sources when making significant decisions or taking actions based on the chatbot's responses. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the chatbot's outputs and, therefore, cannot be held liable for any potential consequences resulting from the use of this information.
By using our mobile app and engaging with the chatbot, you acknowledge that the information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be regarded as a substitute for expert advice. We encourage users to use the chatbot responsibly and understand that the technology behind it has inherent limitations. Our primary goal is to enhance user experiences, but users should exercise caution and be responsible for the outcomes of their interactions with the chatbot.
We do not collect personal data but we do collect some identifiers for ad purposes and app functionality purposes. We use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK (events) to help provide our services and to help us understand the use of our services. These third-party service providers may collect information sent by your device as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address.
The App allows you to purchase tokens that enable voice chat interactions with the AI assistant, AiLina. These tokens are consumed when you ask a question or receive a reply from AiLina. The number of tokens consumed will be determined based on the volume of text involved in the interaction.
The App offers two types of configurations for your usage: standard and advanced. The advanced configuration includes an additional multiplier to calculate token usage.
All token purchases made in the App are final. Once purchased, tokens are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tokens are bound to the specific device where the App has been installed. The App does not offer a log-in system, meaning you cannot transfer or share tokens between different devices.
Tokens will expire when you delete the App from your device or erase all its data. We accept no responsibility for any loss of tokens due to App removal or data erasure.
We use the data we collect from all our users, including analytics data and crash data, to improve our App and provide better services to all our users. Please note that by using our App, your data may be sent to these third-party services.
Our App uses the Android and iOS text-to-speech function, which might send the data (voice) to their respective servers for speech recognition. We keep a small history of the user's chat for the purpose of providing the basic functionality of the App. Please note that this speech data is not shared with other third parties.
While it is possible that personal data might be shared by the user via voice, we do not use that data in any other way than to provide the functionality of the App.
We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Romania without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
